GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR BOOKING AND BILLING
These General Terms and Conditions for accommodation booking in the Malibu Villa Collection and billing are an integral part of the contract for the provision of accommodation services that you enter into with Malibu Villa Collection by booking accommodation in one of the villas, and are accepted in full by the guest by booking the accommodation.
Accommodation booking
You guarantee and confirm your arrival by paying the required advance payment.
You can book accommodation on our website www.malibucollection.hr or by info@malibucollection.hr
When making a reservation through our website, the guest guarantees the reservation by paying an advance payment to the account in the amount defined for the selected villa or apartment. Guest information are fully protected. Data transfer takes place via a security server.
In the case of a reservation via e-mail, all information for advance payment will be sent via the offer to the guest's e-mail address.
After receiving the advance payment, the reservation is considered confirmed, and a voucher (confimation of reservation) is sent to the guest's e-mail address.. The guest pays the rest of the amount upon arrival at the accommodation by bank transfer.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or change a reservation if there has been an abuse of the reservation system or it was made by an obvious mistake of the user.
Advance payment amount for each villa individually
Malibu Imperial Resort: 30% of the total amount
Malibu One: 30% of the total amount
Malibu Eclipse: 30% of the total amount
Malibu Royal: 30% of the total amount
Best Price Guarantee
If you book through our websitewww.malibucollection.hr or via email atinfo@malibucollection.hr, we guarantee you the lowest price. Malibu Villa Collection reserves the right to change prices.
Arrival/Departure
Accommodation for guests is available from 4:00 p.m (16:00 h) on the day of arrival. The guest must leave the accommodation by 10:00 a.m.(10:00 h) on the day of departure
Early check-in depends on availability.
Late check-out depends on availability. The surcharge for late check out is 50% of the overnight stay on the requested date.
Guests are required to have valid personal or travel documents. Invalid documents result in cancellation of accommodation, and if the Malibu Villa Collection guest suffers additional damage due to such an omission, the guest is obliged to compensate for the same.
Cancellation policy
The reservation can be canceled in writing, by e-mail within the period defined in the conditions of cancellation of the reservation.
The reservation will be held until 24:00 (midnight), on the day of your arrival.
In case of no-show, we will apply a cancellation fee in the amount of 100.00% of the reservation amount.
Guests who reduce the length of their stay once in the house will not receive a refund for booked and paid nights.
In case of cancellation 365-60 days before arrival, we charge a cancellation fee in the amount of 100% of the advance payment.
In case of cancellation 60-0 days before arrival, we charge a cancellation fee in the amount of 100% of the reservation.
Security deposit
Upon arrival at the villa, it is necessary to pay a security deposit. The security deposit is requested and given on the day of the guest's arrival in cash in the following amounts:
Malibu Imperial Resort
Two-bedroom apartments: 300.00€
Four-bedroom apartments: 500.00€
Villa Malibu One: 1000,00 €
Villa Malibu Eclipse: 1000,00 €
Villa Malibu Royal: 1000,00 €
The currency of the security deposit is in euros. The security deposit is fully refunded to the guest on the day of departure, provided that no damage is found during the inspection of the accommodation. In the event that damage is found to the accommodation and inventory during the inspection, the deposit is returned to the guest minus the value of the damage incurred. If the deposit is not sufficient to cover the damage, the guest is obligated to settle the incurred damage in full.

Tourist tax is included in the price of accommodation and the guest has no additional cost

Additional services
Malibu Villa Collection may enable the guest to use additional services. Payment for additional services is made according to the contract with Malibu Villa Collection or the valid price list. Malibu Villa Collection does not assume responsibility for services provided through other service providers. If the guest wants to use additional services, they must be announced in advance during the reservation or by e-mail. Additional services include, but are not limited to, the following: - Surcharge for an additional bed (extendable sofa): €25.00 per person per night. - Surcharge for pets: €30.00 per pet per night* *Note: Pets are allowed in Malibu One, Malibu Eclipse and Malibu Royal villas. Pets are not allowed in Malibu Infinity Blue and Malibu Golden Sky villas.
Limit of liability
We do our best to ensure that your booking arrangements are satisfactory, however Malibu Villa Collection accepts no responsibility for any injury, damage, loss, delay, extra costs or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by any events beyond its control control, including but not limited to war, civil unrest, terrorism, fire, flood, atmospheric conditions, force majeure, acts of government or any other authority, accident or breakdown of machinery or equipment, maintenance requirements or industrial action.
Guest obligations
The guest is obliged to follow the houserules in the accommodation unitand on its property.
If a guest behaves in an unacceptable or aggressive manner towards other guests or Malibu Villa Collection staff, or is suspected of carrying out illegal activities in the facility, that guest will be asked to leave and the relevant authorities will be notified. Malibu Villa Collection reserves the right to retain the entire paid amount of the reservation.
If the guest caused damage to the property or affected other guests of the property, Malibu Villa Collection reserves the right to ask that guest to leave and keep the entire amount of the reservation and will ask the guest to pay for all the damage caused.
